Accessing Health

Tap the red health petal or red Go button. A screen similar to the one shown below will appear.


Weight

Step 1.
To ADD your weight, tap the bathroom scales image.

 

Step 2.
Scroll up or down the numbers until the correct measurement is indicated or, place your finger on the small green dot on the line at the bottom of the screen and move your finger to the left or right, to change the indicated value.

 

Step 3.
When the value indicated is correct, tap the RECORD button (top right hand of screen).

 

Step 4.
To check your progress over the weeks, tap on the little graph symbol in the top left-hand corner of the red weight square.


Blood Pressure

This is effectively the same process as weight recording so the weight images are relevant here.

 

Step 1.
To RECORD your blood pressure, tap on the red blood pressure square.

 

Step 2.
Scroll up or down the numbers until the correct measurement is indicated or, place your finger on the small green dot on the lines at the bottom of the screen and move your finger to the left or right, to change the indicated value.

Step 3.
When the values indicated are correct, tap the RECORD button (top right hand of screen), as shown in the image above.

 

Step 4.
To check your progress over the weeks, tap on the little graph symbol in the top left-hand corner of the red Blood Pressure square, as shown in the weight section image previously.


Glucose

This is effectively the same process as weight recording so the weight images are relevant here.

 

Step 1.
To RECORD your glucose, tap on the red Glucose square. Begin by tapping the  next to time of day the reading has been taken.

 

Step 2.
Scroll up or down the numbers until the correct measurement is indicated or, place your finger on the small green dot on the lines at the bottom of the screen and move your finger to the left or right, to change the indicated value.

 

Step 3.
When the values indicated are correct, tap the RECORD button (top right hand of screen).

 

Step 4.
To check your progress over the weeks, tap on the little graph symbol in the top left-hand corner of the red Glucose square.


Walking

Step 1.
You can view your daily steps by tapping on the red walking square. The screen below will initially be displayed.

Followed within a few seconds by the following screen…

Note the battery indication on the lower left-hand side. This shows the charge status of the wristband in yellow. When this is displayed in red letters/numerals please charge the wristband.

This screen displays the number of steps/distance walked today and the progress towards the daily target.

 

Step 2.
Press the ‘Back’ button and return to the initial Health Measurements screen. To check your progress over the weeks, tap on the little graph symbol in the top left-hand corner of the red walking square.

Note: there could be a delay in up to a few hours before the steps/distance figures are shown on the graphs. This is due to the synchronizing of the services used to accumulate the information. The tablet must also be switched on for this synchronizing to take place.
